Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
If more than 5 days have passed and you still haven’t received your item(s), please contact us to review the status of your order.
We can refund or exchange your order only if we receive the item back within 14 days of the day of your purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, then we cannot offer you a refund nor exchange your item.
In addition to the item, you must submit your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned goods eligible for refunds or exchange must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them. You must also ship your order in its original packaging.
Items that are damaged or defective can be exchanged only for the same item.

Once we receive your package, we will inspect the returned items and notify you of refund approval or rejection via email.
For approved refunds, an automatic payment will be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days.
