The Body Brush is a beauty tool used in the form of dry brushing to exfoliate skin, promote lymphatic drainage and soften and tone the skin. The brush improves the skin’s ability to eliminate toxins through the pores and improves application of skincare.
It might be the perfect tool for anyone who needs to remove fake tan products or to remove excess dry skin. Dry brushing has been around for centuries, a process that will leave your skin feeling very smooth. Many people also use it as a body massage. The benefits can be seen immediately and have a lasting effect, especially when used on a regular basis.
Consider dry brushing instead of using a body scrub to remove dead skin. It might be another way to reduce cellulite as the brush helps to mobilize elasticity in the skin. By using a body brush, your blood flow will increase and you might even find yourself with some more energy.
Please be aware that dry brushing isn’t for everyone, unfortunately. This process should be avoided and proceeded with caution especially if you have open, inflamed skin or conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

To ensure you take care of your skin, use light pressure in areas where your skin is thin and harder pressure on thicker skin, for example the sole of your feet.
Brush your arms after you have brushed your feet, legs and mid-section. With places like your armpits is advised to brush upwards.
After dry brushing, take a cool shower to help remove the dry skin.
After you shower, dry off. To ensure your skin is moisturised – apply our All-in-One Wonder Balm product to give you that natural glow in dry areas!
