How to use the Peach Facial Ice Globes

Step 1: 

Prepare for your Ice Globe facial. Place it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or the fridge for at least 30 minutes. The cold temperature helps to improve blood flow!

Step 2: 

Wash your hands and face!

Step 3: 

Apply Ohana’s Daily Defence Serum or Night Repair Oil to create a soothing foundation that helps the Ice Globe to glide smoothly along the skin without excessive tugging or discomfort. 

Step 4: 

Start at the top of your face, with your forehand, rolling the globes in slow, gentle movements. You’re your way down to the brows and eye area. Continue with outward motions. But, also take time to rest the globes on top of your brows and eyes to add to extra relaxation and stimulation to activate the face. Move onto the cheeks, repeating outward motions and then down to the jaw line.

Take time to pause on any areas with more inflammation or breakouts, allowing them to cool and calm any heat or redness. 

Note that upward movements help to tone and sculpt the face. Downward movements help more with lymphatic drainage.

Step 5: 

These globes can be used to calm both the body and face. Remember, relax and enjoy!
